If you do not immediately report to MSCU any non-receipt of e-statements or any error, irregularity, discrepancies, claims or unauthorized debits or items, you shall be deemed conclusively to have accepted all matters contained in the e-statements to be true, accurate and correct in all respects. You agree to notify us immediately of any change in your mailing address, e-mail address or other particulars relevant to this Agreement. To notify us please go to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and log into our home banking service, select the Profile tab to change your email address and physical/mailing address or you may visit the nearest branch. Note that you must provide us with an email address in order to use the home banking service.

You must enroll each of your deposit account(s) for which you want to access e-Statements. To enroll your account(s) for e-Statement access, simply log in to Provident State Bank’s Online Banking service, select Options from the menu, and select Edit under the e-Statement enrollment banner. When the list of your account(s) is displayed select the accounts you want e-Statements for by checking the box next to each of your account(s). Verify or change the email address where notification will be sent and then check if you agree to the terms of e-Statements enrollment. Click on Accept and your accounts will be enrolled. Your e-Statement for your current statement cycle should be available for viewing the business day after your statement date. For your first e-Statement cycle, you will receive an automated notification shortly after the end of each statement period informing you that your e-Statement is ready for viewing as well as information on how to access your e-Statement. Any notifications or disclosures will appear as PDF (Portable Document Format) attachments.

Change of Mailing Address, Email Address, and Other Information. You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your mailing or email address or other particulars relevant to this Agreement. To notify us of your email address change, please log onto Mortgage Sign-On at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, select Update Information, enter your new email address, mailing address, and/or phone number in the appropriate field(s), and click the appropriate “update” button to submit the information. Please note that you must provide us with a valid email address to receive e.Statements.

How to Withdraw Consent to receive eStatements and other Electronic Communications. At any time, you can change the way we send you eStatements by going to the Information Menu, and selecting the option for Switch to Paper Delivery. Check the appropriate box to select which accounts to revoke electronic delivery and instead obtain mailed paper documents. Be advised, this will un-enroll ALL electronic documents associated to the selected accounts, not just eStatements. When you change your settings, the change will be reflected on the next statement cycle. Please allow up to five business days to process any maintenance requests. You will not be charged a fee if you choose to withdraw your consent. We may, at our discretion, charge any applicable account service fee for providing paper statements thereafter. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal validity and enforceability of any eStatements sent prior to the effective date of consent withdrawal.
