Déductions. Flexiti déduira de toutes les sommes qu’elle doit au xxxxxxxx tout TEM, toute rétrofacturation, tout coût lié à la résolution des différends, tout frais d’abonnement associé à la tablette ainsi que tout montant devant être versé à Flexiti par xx xxxxxxxx. Tout solde restant dû et pouvant être exigé par Flexiti après le calcul xx xxxxxx déductions sera immédiatement payable par xx xxxxxxxx, et sera débité directement du compte bancaire du xxxxxxxx conformément à l’Entente commerciale sur les débits pré-autorisés conclue entre xx xxxxxxxx et Flexiti. Le xxxxxxxx xxxxx signer une entente pour permettre le débit de ses paiements à Flexiti directement de son compte bancaire. Si Flexiti n’est pas en mesure de débiter tout paiement requis du compte bancaire du xxxxxxxx conformément à la présente section 8.5, et si xx xxxxxxxx omet de faire immédiatement tout paiement requis conformément à la présente section 8.5, Flexiti aura le droit d’intenter toute action pour obtenir un tel paiement ou déduire tout montant qui lui est dû. Une telle action de la part de Flexiti ne saurait constituer une renonciation aux autres droits de Flexiti à l’égard du xxxxxxxx. Flexiti, à son entière discrétion, peut demander au xxxxxxxx de lui verser un dépôt de garantie pour le paiement des TEM, de la rétrofacturation, des xxxxx liés à la résolution des différends, des frais d’abonnement associés à la tablette ainsi que de toute autre somme qui lui est due par xx xxxxxxxx.

The Landlord may remove at the Tenant’s expense any such obstruction or thing (unauthorized by the Landlord) without notice or obligation to the Tenant.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
