Déductions. Flexiti déduira de toutes les sommes qu’elle doit au xxxxxxxx tout TEM, toute rétrofacturation, tout coût lié à la résolution des différends, tout frais d’abonnement associé à la tablette ainsi que tout montant devant être versé à Flexiti par xx xxxxxxxx. Tout solde restant dû et pouvant être exigé par Flexiti après le calcul xx xxxxxx déductions sera immédiatement payable par xx xxxxxxxx, et sera débité directement du compte bancaire du xxxxxxxx conformément à l’Entente commerciale sur les débits pré-autorisés conclue entre xx xxxxxxxx et Flexiti. Le xxxxxxxx xxxxx signer une entente pour permettre le débit de ses paiements à Flexiti directement de son compte bancaire. Si Flexiti n’est pas en mesure de débiter tout paiement requis du compte bancaire du xxxxxxxx conformément à la présente section 8.5, et si xx xxxxxxxx omet de faire immédiatement tout paiement requis conformément à la présente section 8.5, Flexiti aura le droit d’intenter toute action pour obtenir un tel paiement ou déduire tout montant qui lui est dû. Une telle action de la part de Flexiti ne saurait constituer une renonciation aux autres droits de Flexiti à l’égard du xxxxxxxx.   • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union.   • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.

  • Induction The Employer shall provide a copy of this agreement to newly hired employees within the first thirty (30) days of employment and shall introduce newly hired employees to a Union Shop Xxxxxxx in the workplace. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity, not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, to talk to the new employee. The new employee and the Shop Xxxxxxx will not have wages or benefits deducted during this time.

  • Obstructions The Tenant shall not obstruct or place anything in or on the sidewalks or driveways outside the Building or in the lobbies, corridors, stairwells or other Common Areas of the Building, or use such locations for any purpose except access to and exit from the Premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent. The Landlord may remove at the Tenant’s expense any such obstruction or thing (unauthorized by the Landlord) without notice or obligation to the Tenant.

  • Internships The Hospital may establish internships for the purpose of meeting future projected nursing shortages and/or providing career opportunities where there are no internal qualified candidates for job postings. In such circumstances, the implementation and guidelines of such an arrangement will be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following: Internships are designed to develop the Hospital’s staff in order to fill positions for which there are currently no qualified internal candidates and/or for which shortages are predicted within a five (5) year period. Internships enable hospitals to maximize the use of qualified internal staff to meet their human resources needs, while at the same time providing career development opportunities for their employees. To provide direction to the local parties in developing and implementing internship(s) the Ontario Nurses’ Association and Participating Hospitals have agreed to the following principles: (a) The Hospital will establish the expectations for each internship opportunity; (b) There will be an open application process for internship opportunities; (c) The opportunities will be open to currently employed nurses who can demonstrate continuous learning, and a commitment to the Hospital; (d) Nurses who are selected for internship opportunities will commit to continued employment on a mutually determined basis; (e) Initiatives to support selected candidates may include but are not limited to: i) No loss of regular wages while attending a requisite course ii) Paid course fees iii) Paid time for clinical practicums in the Hospital or another clinical site iv) Any other initiatives, as agreed. (f) Part-time nurses will be credited with seniority and service for all such hours paid while participating in these initiatives as provided above.
