EAP Committee. The Employer and the Union Committee agree to meet thirty (30) days from the date of ratification to discuss full details and implementation of the EAP program. The Employer will ensure that a representative of the EAP provider is present for the meeting and will further ensure that all relevant service information is provided to the Union Committee.
