Early Access Services. You agree and acknowledge that Early Access Services are still under development, may be inoperable or incomplete, and You are using the Early Access Services at Your own risk. You may not rely, or base purchasing decisions, on Early Access Services becoming generally available. You agree to cooperate with Us in testing and providing feedback in relation to the Early Access Services. Any feedback provided shall be deemed proprietary and confidential to Us and may be used by Us without restriction.

Early Access Services. From time to time, Customer may have the option to participate in a program with Talkdesk where Customer is able to use Early Access Services. Talkdesk may discontinue Early Access Services at any time in its sole discretion and may decide not to make an Early Access Service generally available. THESE EARLY ACCESS SERVICES ARE NOT GENERALLY AVAILABLE AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, DEFECTS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ACCORDINGLY, TALKDESK IS PROVIDING THE EARLY ACCESS SERVICES TO CUSTOMER “AS IS.” TALKDESK MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE EARLY ACCESS SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY OR ANY PUBLISHED DOCUMENTATION THAT STATES OTHERWISE, TALKDESK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EARLY ACCESS SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THEY WILL MEET ANY SPECIFIED SERVICE LEVEL OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS OR DOWNTIME. TALKDESK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY HARM OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH AN EARLY ACCESS SERVICE.
Early Access Services. From time to time, Customer may purchase and/or access Early Access Services. Any use of Early Access Services is subject to Talkdesk’s Early Access Agreement located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/early-access-agreement/.
Early Access Services. Anaplan may invite Client to use Early Access Technology and Client may accept or decline the invitation in its sole discretion. Access to the Early Access Technology is for evaluation and testing purposes, not supported, not subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise agreed by Anaplan in writing, access to the Early Access Technology will expire upon the earlier of six (6) months after the date Anaplan first makes the Evaluation Services available to Client, the date Anaplan in its discretion makes a version of the Evaluation Services generally available, or earlier termination of these Early Access Agreement. Anaplan may discontinue access to the Early Access Technology at any time in Anaplan’s sole discretion and may never make them generally available. Anaplan will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with Evaluation Services.
Early Access Services. The services provided by Domain Money during the Early Access (“Early Access Services”) are wholly new services being tested by Domain Money. We are providing you with a limited license to use the Early Access Services. The Early Access Services may be a separate, stand-alone service, accessible apart from the currently available Domain Money Services (as defined in the Terms of Service) or may be a feature or functionality for existing Domain Money Services. A description of the Early Access Service may be provided prior to or at the time you use an Early Access Service, or if we make changes to the Early Access Service. By agreeing to and complying with these Terms we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited license to use the Early Access Services. Early Access features by their very nature are meant for testing, which means that they may not work as expected, may have errors, or may cause unintended behavior. You understand that Domain Money and the Financial Services Providers are not responsible for any issues or problems caused by the Early Access Service. We have no obligation to provide any kind of support for the Early Access Services. The Early Access Services available to you will include: ● Onboarding to Domain Money ● Creating a personalized financial plan ● Opening and funding an IRA or Xxxx XXX as applicable to your personal situation ● Filing taxes through a third partyBill pay services through a third party ● Bill cancellation services through a third party ● Bill reduction negotiation services through a third party ● Interacting with the Domain Money team of financial planners ● Interacting with the Domain Money customer success team ● Depositing and withdrawing your USD (with certain exceptions) from your WebBank provided deposit account or a deposit account provided by another FDIC insured bank The Domain Money Early Access services involve live transactions and services. As such, any deposits, transfers, transactions or other services should be considered final and using real currency.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Early Access Subject to Tenant’s delivery of an executed original of this Lease, the prepaid Base Rent and the Letter of Credit as required elsewhere in this Lease, and the insurance certificates evidencing Tenant’s insurance policies required under this Lease, Landlord shall provide Tenant with early access to the Premises on the latest to occur of (i) the first (1st) Business Day following the date of mutual execution and delivery of this Lease, (ii) the first (1st) Business Day following the date on which Landlord determines the Premises is free and clear of any existing tenancy, and (iii) fifteen (15) days prior to Landlord’s then-estimated date of delivery of the Premises (in any case, the “Access Date”). Such period of early access shall commence on the Access Date and continue through the date immediately preceding the Commencement Date (the “Early Access Period”), and Tenant’s access during the Early Access Period shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease, except for Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent (which obligation shall commence upon the Commencement Date, subject to the abatement of Base Rent provided in the Basic Lease Information). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the conduct of business in the Premises shall cause an immediate acceleration of the Commencement Date to the date of Tenant’s initial conduct of business in the Premises. During the Early Access Period, Tenant may enter the Premises (but not any other portion of the Building or the Project other than for ingress and egress) for the sole purpose of installing cabling, furniture, fixtures and equipment, provided that Tenant shall be solely responsible for all of the foregoing and for any loss or damage thereto from any cause whatsoever. Such early access and installation shall be permitted only to the extent that such early access and installation activities will not interfere with the access, use and occupancy of the Building or the Project by Landlord or any other tenant or occupant and/or Landlord’s performance of the Work and/or otherwise delay Landlord’s delivery of possession of the Premises to Tenant in the condition required under this Lease. The provisions of Sections 8(a) and 11 of this Lease shall apply in full during the Early Access Period, and Tenant shall (x) provide certificates of insurance evidencing the existence and amounts of liability insurance carried by Tenant and its agents and contractors, reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, prior to and as a condition to such early access, and (y) comply with all Laws applicable to such early access work in the Premises. If Landlord reasonably determines that Tenant’s early access is interfering in any material way with Landlord’s ability to deliver possession of the Premises in the condition required under this Lease and/or to complete the Work, then Landlord shall have the right to limit or otherwise restrict Tenant’s access during the Early Access Period without any liability.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Data Access Control Persons entitled to use data processing systems gain access only to the Personal Data that they have a right to access, and Personal Data must not be read, copied, modified or removed without authorization in the course of processing, use and storage.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.
