Early Paychecks. The CITY will attempt to deliver the bi-weekly paychecks to EMPLOYEES after 3:00 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the normal Friday payday. It is mutually recognized, however, that the normal payday will remain as Friday and the CITY is under no contractual liability to assure delivery on any day other than a normal payday. SECTION N.
