Early Student Dismissal. In the event the District grants an early dismissal of students for teacher-in-service, planning or similar purpose Employees shall not be reduced in hours but shall be given the opportunity for an assignment which shall fill out their normal work day.

Early Student Dismissal. There will be five (5) 12:30 pm student dismissal days for administrative and staff collaborative activities, meetings and professional development.

  • Early Dismissal DTU representatives and/or elective officers shall be permitted to leave the work location at 4:15 p.m., if assigned to administrative buildings, and at the time students are dismissed, if assigned to a school center, in order to attend DTU meetings.   • Dismissal of the Proceedings (1) Upon the Effective Date, the Ontario Action shall be dismissed with prejudice and without costs as against the Settling Defendants.
