Common use of Earned Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Earned Paid Leave. 14.9.1 Upon execution of this Agreement and pursuant to 26 M.R.S. Sec. 637, employees will accrue one (1) hour of Earned Paid Leave (EPL) for every forty (40) hours worked and shall be subject to the City’s personnel policies regarding EPL. EPL shall be credited and posted on a weekly basis.
