Earned Vacation. 9.17.1.1 Full-time members earn a vacation allowance at the rate of 1.25 working days per month or fifteen (15) working days each fiscal year. 9.17.1.2 Upon completion of ten (10) full years of employment and continuing thereafter, all full-time employees will earn vacation allowance at the rate of 1.75 days per month or twenty-one (21) working days each fiscal year. 9.17.1.3 Employees who have or will have achieved twenty-one (21) years or more of service in the 1999-00 fiscal year shall continue to earn one (1) additional vacation day per year above the standard twenty-one (21) day vacation allowance, for five (5) years, to a maximum of twenty-five
