ECOMMERCE. Upon request by the State, Contractor shall provide online ordering via punchout catalog hosted by the Contractor or their provider, with the specifications listed below. Requirements will involve some Agencies/Departments requesting quotes through Vermont’s eProcurement System or eMarket Center. In addition, purchase orders must be accepted from Vermont’s eProcurement System. The eCommerce site must:
a. Allow CXML integration and support XML punchout purchase orders;
b. Display custom pricing and content for users of this contract;
c. Display only products and/or services available on this contract and not display items excluded or not awarded on this contract;
d. Allow for contract prices to remain constant even if pricing for the same items changes elsewhere on the site;
e. Accept orders with multiple ship-to addresses;
f. Accept bill-to and ship-to addresses from the order;
g. Assign a UNSPSC code to each product (desirable); and
h. Accept requests for quotes for special orders/special pricing and make available for purchase orders.
ECOMMERCE. 21.1 Information in connection with your Lease Agreement, including your finance application, Lease Schedule and other details you provide to us, may be maintained on the Selfco Website. You will be able to access this information only by using a user name and password, which we will provide to you.
21.2 You acknowledge that, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of information contained on the Selfco Website or transmitted to you by email or other electronic means. However, we employ our reasonable endeavours to safeguard the security of information regarding you and your Lease Agreement on the Selfco Website.
21.3 We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you which arises from the inclusion of information regarding your Lease on the Selfco Website, nor, for, or in respect of, any claim, demand, action or suit that is made or brought against us in respect of any loss or damage to any reputation, property or any other loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or as a consequence of any act or omission (whether or not negligent or unlawful) by us, our employees, agents or contractors in storing your information on the internet, or transmitting such information by means via the internet.
ECOMMERCE. 3.1 The Seller uses and will continue to use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Seller’s website are accurate, however errors may occur. If an order (or any part of an order) has been placed by the Buyer which contains errors in pricing or otherwise out of date or inaccurate information, including in relation to available products, shipping information, payment terms, return policies or any other information, the Seller is not obliged to proceed with that order and will notify the Buyer accordingly as soon as practicable.
3.2 The Seller is not liable to the Buyer or any third parties for any Loss in connection with use of or inability to use or access the website or a linked website.

However, we employ our reasonable endeavours to safeguard the security of information regarding Your Rental Agreement on the Neopost Website.
21.3 Subject to clause 12, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by You which arises from the inclusion of information regarding Your Rental on the Neopost Website, nor, for, or in respect of, any claim, demand, action or suit that is made or brought against us in respect of any loss or damage to any reputation, property or any other loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or as a consequence of any act or omission (whether or not negligent or unlawful) by us, our employees, agents or contractors in storing Your information on the internet, or transmitting such information by means via the internet.
ECOMMERCE. 17.7 We need not comply with any provision of the PPS Act that the parties may contract out of in relation to the Goods or this Security Interest. If an Event of Default occurs and we give you notice to terminate the Agreement under clause 14.1, we are not obliged to accept any amounts from, or accept the performance of an obligation by you or any person, to remedy the Event of Default. You agree that at any time after we give you such notice to terminate and we have begun to take steps to dispose, or re-take possession, of the Goods, we are not obliged to accept any amounts from, or accept the performance of an obligation, by you or any person, to reinstate the Agreement.
17.8 Except as required by law, you agree that we are not obliged to comply with any requests from you or any person to provide copies of:
a) the Agreement,
b) any statements setting out the amounts due under, the payment terms of, or obligations secured by, the Agreement,
c) a written approval or correction of an itemised list of personal property attached to the request indicating in which items of property the Security Interest is granted, or d) a written approval or correction of the items set out in clause 17.8(b).

ECOMMERCE. 4.1 The effective use of technology is at the heart of procurement reform and the Authority is leading a number of core initiatives to ensure that public procurement delivers value for money and contributes to the Scottish economy.
4.2 The Framework Service Provider will be able to make use of and support a range of eCommerce technologies, including but not limited to: • Sourcing & Advertising - The Public Contracts Scotland portal is used across the Scottish public sector and all public sector Framework Public Bodies are encouraged to use the portal as both a sourcing tool and as a repository where they advertise all contract opportunities. • Tendering & Evaluation - The Public Contracts Scotland – Tender system provides staff involved with the procurement of goods, services or works with a set of web- based collaborative procurement tools with which they can communicate securely with both Service Providers and stakeholders. The system allows a buying organisation to conduct its tendering (and subsequent evaluations) electronically • Payment - a number of finance systems are used across the Scottish public sector, and when interfaced with PECOS or through their own integrated eOrdering systems, they provide Framework Public Bodies with a full Purchase to Pay (P2P) solution. Many systems also include functionality to receive and match invoices electronically (i.e. e-Invoicing), manage low-value/high-volume transactions through Purchasing Cards (e.g. VISA Government Procurement Card), consolidate multiple purchase orders into a single invoice and even remove the need for an invoice through self- billing on receipt of an approved purchase order.

SLM shall endeavor to offer Macromedia's eCommerce businesses the first opportunity to provide services to SLM, the SLM Channel and the SLM/Shockwave Series. In the event SLM desires to utilize the services of any such eCommerce business, the parties shall negotiate in good faith the appropriate consideration therefor.
ECOMMERCE. We are pleased to offer ecommerce to any website client who would like to sell art, books or tickets online. With most clients, there are no monthly fees and we take a small commission when you make sales. The commission rate can be reduced for successful ecommerce sites by choosing a plan with a monthly fee. Either way, you will need an account with Stripe, who can process transactions for any major credit card. They will make a small deduction from the total for payment processing and currency conversion and release the funds to you 7 days later. Stripe is free to set up and there are no monthly fees. The Provider is not responsible for the accurate calculation of Sales Taxes, the filing of tax returns or the payment of sales taxes due by any Client within any territory.
