EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 14.01 The parties to this Agreement shall contribute to the Education and Assistance Fund in order to enable the Union to provide assistance to its members in exercising their right to work and have access to jobsites and to educate and instruct specific members in labour relations as it pertains to the work and welfare of the bargaining unit.
