Common use of EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 18.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund eighteen cents ($0.18) for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement effective September 1, 2018. This hourly amount shall increase to nineteen cents ($0.19) effective September 1, 2019 and twenty cents ($0.20) effective September 1, 2020.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 18.01 20.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund eighteen sixteen cents ($0.1816¢) for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement Agreement. This hourly amount shall increase to seventeen cents (17¢) effective September 1June 24, 20182014. This hourly amount shall increase to eighteen cents (18¢) effective June 24, 2015. This hourly amount shall increase to nineteen cents ($0.1919¢) effective September 1June 24, 2019 and twenty cents ($0.20) effective September 1, 20202016.

This hourly amount shall increase to eighteen cents ($0.18) effective December 1, 2016 and nineteen cents ($0.19) effective September December 1, 2019 and twenty cents ($0.20) effective September 1, 20202017.

This hourly In Year Two this amount shall increase to nineteen be seventeen cents ($0.190.17) effective September 1per hour, 2019 and twenty in Year Three this amount shall be eighteen cents ($0.200.18) effective September 1per hour, 2020and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Education Fund Administrator.
