Education Beyond Bachelor’s Degree. The Board of Education shall pay One hundred twenty-five ($125.00) dollars per semester hour to each teacher for tuition and other expenses for education beyond the Bachelor’s degree on the following condition: (a) The course taken is approved by the Superintendent. (b) The teacher remains in the employ of the District for the school year following completion of the course. (c) The teacher successfully completes the course. Undergraduate courses in computer science and special education may be approved. For such courses the Board will pay One hundred twenty-five ($125.00) dollars per semester hour to each teacher for tuition and other expenses. All hours to be used for lateral movement on the salary schedule must be approved by the Superintendent and normally will be graduate hours. Advancement on the salary schedule to another lane due to additional hours will be made effective twice each school term on August 25th and February 1st, if additional hours are substantiated by proper documentation sent to the Superintendent’s office by August 25th and February 1st respectively. For purposes of this Section A.2, teachers shall be limited to 15 hours during any fiscal year (July 1-June 30). From the total amount available for tuition reimbursement, teachers may elect to receive reimbursement of up to $250.00 per fiscal year to defer the tuition/fee cost charged for participation in workshop-classes to earn CPDU’s provided that those CPDU’s are part of the teacher’s approved license renewal plan.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Educational Benefits The Employer agrees to provide educational benefits to employees that are in permanent status as of the first day of the quarter they are registering in accordance with the Employer’s space-available tuition waiver policy and employee 50% operating fee tuition waiver policy, to include:

  • Public Benefits ‌ 5.1 Developer to provide Public Benefits‌ The Developer must, at its cost and risk, provide the Public Benefits to the City in accordance with this document.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout the County.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Dependent Life Insurance In the event of the death of your spouse or dependent child from any cause whatsoever, while you and your dependents are insured under the plan, the insurance company will pay you $10,000 in respect of your spouse and $5,000 in respect of each insured dependent child. This applies to those employees with family health coverage only.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Post-Termination Cooperation Following any termination of this Agreement, all Parties shall thereafter cooperate fully and work diligently in good faith to achieve an orderly resolution of all matters resulting from such termination.

  • Benefit to Citizens of Xxxxxxx County The safety of the citizens of Xxxxxxx County is enhanced through this Agreement, which promotes safe boating conditions and reduces costs associated with patrols of recreational waterways.
