Education on the Job. The Employer recognizes that education is a continuing process. Accordingly, the Employer will allow the Union to sponsor education seminars (workshops) to be held on the Employer's premises during the employee’s lunch period or following the regular working day. The program shall be subject to prior approval of Management and the availability of space.
