Grievance on Health and Safety. An employee or a group of employees who is requested to work under alleged unsafe or unhealthy conditions shall have the right to refuse as prescribed in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and file a grievance in the third step of the grievance in accordance with this agreement. The Employer shall comply with the OHSA and its Regulations.

The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers.
