Educational Components. The selected Collection Contractor shall collaborate with the School Districts and SWACO to provide educational materials to each individual school in the district (through the building facility identified in Ex E) to educate on best recycling practices. The material may be distributed in physical or electronic form. The selected collection contractor shall also deliver a virtual, or in-person, educational presentation to custodial staff and other employees responsible for the collection and/or disposal of materials, as coordinated by SWACO.
