EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVES. The Board of Education agrees to provide educational incentives as follows: Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) each year payable on or before October 31. Funds will be applied toward approved educational incentives for courses completed by August 31st for payment by October 31st of the same year. Educational incentives shall be made according to the following guidelines:
