Educator Plans: Developing Educator Plan. A) The Developing Educator Plan is for all Educators with less than three years’ experience at the PAC, and, at the discretion of the Evaluator, Educators with three or more years’ experience at the PAC in new assignments. B) The Educator shall be evaluated at least annually.
