EFFECT OF AGREEMENT AND DURATION. A. The parties mutually agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding and commitment between the parties hereto which may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in written amendments duly executed by both parties.
EFFECT OF AGREEMENT AND DURATION. Section 1 - Duration: This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the date of signing until August 18, 2013. In the event the Union desires to negotiate with regard to a successor agreement, it shall notify the Board of its intent to do so not earlier than January 1 nor later than April 1 of the last year of this Agreement.
