EXTRA CURRICULAR SALARY. A schedule of payments for duty assignments in the positions outlined as compensation for extra-curricular duty assignments is attached as Revised Schedule “B”. Written notice of extra duty and extra-curricular activities and payments, as assigned and approved annually by the Board, shall be issued no later than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the activity, provided the Board intends to continue the teacher in the particular activity or respective duty. If the Board does not choose to continue the teacher in the particular activity or respective duty, it shall notify, in writing, the teacher involved within sixty (60) calendar days of the end of the duty or activity. EXTRA CURRICULAR SALARY. 1. Extra curricular salary schedule: The extra curricular salary schedule of the employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix B, which is Attached to and incorporated in this Agreement.
EXTRA CURRICULAR SALARY. The Extra-Curricular Salary Scale lists salaries for all authorized extra-curricular positions approved by the Illini West Board of Education. The mere listing of a position does not guarantee that a position will be filled during any given school year. Extra-curricular positions will be based upon the number of participants in each activity or sport. It should be understood that the Board will make a final determination on extra-curricular offerings after receiving all relevant information from the principal and the athletic director ****Assistant coaches will not be employed until a requisite number of participants have been insured. The Board of Education reserves the right to determine, on an individual basis, whether a sport or activity shall be offered and whether that sport shall require an assistant(s) coach. Should a sport or an activity not have enough participants to function as a team or activity, then that sport or activity shall be canceled for the rest of the school year, and the coach or assistant shall receive 25% of his/her contracted stipend. This determination shall be made within 10 days of the start of each season, or for an activity within 10 days of the start of the school year.
EXTRA CURRICULAR SALARY. All extra-curricular pay shall be based upon the base salary where percentages are used to determine remuneration. See appendix: Extra-Curricular Salary Schedule.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary of $200,000, payable on a monthly basis commencing on the Effective Date (as the same may be adjusted herein, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Base Compensation The Bank agrees to pay the Employee during the ----------------- term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $76,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly; provided, that the rate of such salary shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Bank not less often than annually, and Employee shall be entitled to receive annually an increase at such percentage or in such an amount as the Board of Directors in its sole discretion may decide.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

  • Basic Salary For all your services rendered under this Agreement, UO shall pay you a salary at an annual rate of no less than $450,000, or at such higher salary as may be determined by your performance review and the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR. Such higher salary shall subsequently be deemed the annual rate, commencing on such date as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR may determine, for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions: (A) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made for any workweek in which the salaried employee performs no work. (B) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made when the employee absents himself from work for a full day or days for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. This provision shall not prevent appropriate deductions from being made from any employee's vacation leave balance pursuant to Article 11 of this Agreement for absences of less than a day for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. (C) Deductions from an employee's salary may be made when a salaried employee absents himself from work for a day (or days) for sickness or accident disability in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of this Agreement. (D) Deduction in a salaried employee's salary may be made for the initial or terminal week of the salaried employee if the salaried employee fails to work the entire workweek.
