Pay Grades. The Employer shall pay salaries and wages as set out in Schedule "A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.
Pay Grades. The Pay Grades established for the Gender Neutral Job Evaluation Plan are set forth in SCHEDULE A which forms part of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Pay Grades. Upon ratification, pay grades will progress 5% beyond the normal maximum rate. Effective and retroactive to October 1, 2018, employees who are at the maximum of the pay grade and whose pay anniversary date is greater than one (1) year may be eligible to receive a 5% pay increase. Both pay increases shall be administered in accordance with the merit concept. These increases shall be granted, deferred, or denied on the basis of the individual achieving annual “satisfactory” or better performance evaluation ratings in a majority of the evaluations conducted during the required length of service period and during the final year.
Pay Grades. A. Effective September 1, 2018, a faculty member, for the purpose of determining eligibility for pay grade promotion, shall be assigned a pay grade based on the number of credit hours he or she has taught at CCV. The starting date for calculating the number of credit hours shall be the fall semester of 2003. Pay grades are: Pay grade 1: Bargaining unit members with less than 60 credit hours taught Pay grade 2: Bargaining unit members with 60 to 119 credit hours taught Pay grade 3: Bargaining unit members with 120 or more credit hours taught
B. Faculty members will automatically be promoted to the next pay grade following the accumulation of the required number of credit hours taught at CCV as set out in Section A of this Article.
