Effect of Personal Leave on Entitlements. When an employee is on authorized leave of absence without pay in excess of twenty (20) consecutive working days, such employee’s continuous service date, increment date, I.P.P. entitlement, annual leave accrual and all benefits enjoyed by the employee immediately prior to the commencement of such leave of absence without pay shall be suspended. When the employee returns to full time employment with pay, the employee’s continuous service date, increment date, I.P.P entitlement, annual leave entitlement and all benefits, shall be adjusted according to the length of the leave of absence, and resume.
