Effective Date and Term of Employment. (a) The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 1998, (the "Commencement Date") and shall, unless extended as hereinafter provided, terminate on December 31, 2000 (the "Term of Employment").
Effective Date and Term of Employment. This Agreement shall commence and be effective as of the Effective Date and shall be of indefinite term unless terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof. The period during which this Agreement is effective is referred to as the “Term of Employment”.

The employment term described in this Section 1 shall be referred to in this Agreement as the "Term".

The term of Employee's employment under this Agreement shall begin on January 1, 1997 (the "Effective Date") and continue until the Expiration Date, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement. Effective Date and Term of Employment. This Agreement shall become effective on November 1, 1996 and shall supersede any other agreements, if any, now in effect. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the close of business one year from such effective date ("Agreement Expiration Date"); provided, however, that on the Agreement Expiration Date and on each anniversary of the Agreement Expiration Date (a "Renewal Date"), this Agreement shall be renewed for a period of one additional consecutive year unless either the Company or Executive provides written notice to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to a Renewal Date that the Agreement shall terminate without renewal as of the corresponding Agreement Expiration Date. When the Agreement extends for a period of one additional consecutive year, the Agreement Expiration Date shall also extend by one year.
Effective Date and Term of Employment. This Agreement shall be effective on the date both parties sign the Agreement and duties of employment shall commence on or about November 1, 2007 [?] (the “Effective Date”), and the employment of Jxxxxxxx shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 hereof.
Effective Date and Term of Employment. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as and from February 1st, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), and the employment of Canton shall continue until January 31, 2008, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 hereof. This Agreement shall automatically continue in full force and effect for successive renewal periods of one (1) year after January 31, 2008 unless terminated by either party hereto by giving written notice to the other party at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to January 31, 2008 or the next succeeding automatic renewal date of the Agreement. In the event such notice of termination is given, this Agreement shall terminate on the day immediately after such automatic renewal date and ViRexx shall not be obliged to provide any further termination notice or payment of remuneration to Canton except remuneration earned to the date of termination of this Agreement.
Effective Date and Term of Employment. 2.1 Notwithstanding the date of execution of this Agreement, Paris’s employment under this Agreement shall be effective as at the 1st day of September 2017 (the “Commencement Date”), and the employment of Paris shall continue thereafter for a period of five (5) years, automatically renewable for subsequent five (5) year terms unless this Agreement earlier terminated (i) for cause by either party upon notice, (ii) by mutual agreement in writing signed by all parties, or (iii) by Paris’ resignation which must be accepted by the Company.
