Employee's Status. 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as constituting a commitment, guarantee, agreement or understanding of any kind or nature that ViRexx shall continue to employ the Employee. No change of the Employee's duties as an Employee of ViRexx shall result in, or be deemed to be, a modification of the terms of this Agreement.

Except as expressly provided by terms of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as constituting a commitment, guarantee, agreement or understanding of any kind or nature that the Company shall continue to employ Employee, nor shall this Agreement affect in any way the right of the Company to terminate the employment of Employee at any time and for any reason whatsoever. No change of Employee's duties as an employee of the Company shall result in, or be deemed to be, a modification of the terms of this Agreement.

10.1.3.2 The post-retirement employee shall not cause a reduction in force of any contract or probationary employee.

10.1.3.2.2 If further reductions in force are made within that group, the reduction shall be made from among the contracted employees remaining in that group.

Employee's Status. The Employer shall provide monthly to the Union a list showing the name, address, social security number, hire date, classification, and wage rate of all newly-hired employees. The Employer shall also provide to the Union a list of all terminations, resignations, retirements, and leaves of absence.
Employee's Status. 12.5.5.1 Except as provided below, any bargaining unit member against whom a Preliminary Written Notice of Proposed Discipline or a Notice of Discipline has been issued shall remain on active duty status and responsible for fulfilling the duties of the employee’s position pending any appeal.
Employee's Status. Except for the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 for a teacher who qualifies as an "eligible employee", insurance benefits paid by the VCSC will be determined by the employee's current status. If the non-paid leave of absence approved by the Board is over thirty (30) calendar days, the teacher may continue coverage in the health insurance plan but must pay the full monthly premiums during the period of the leave after thirty (30) calendar days. To be eligible for School Corporation paid summer premiums, after a non-paid leave has been taken for more than two (2) calendar months, the teacher must sign a written statement of intent to return the following school year. Subject to insurance carrier rules, for those months the teacher does not qualify for any School Corporation paid premiums, membership may be maintained in the group insurance plan providing the teacher pays the full monthly premiums and providing the intent to return statement is signed.
