ELECTION DAYS. Any employee eligible to vote in a federal, provincial or municipal election or referendum who does not have three consecutive hours free from their employment between the hours of the opening and closing of the poll on polling day, is entitled to have such time as may be required to provide them with three consecutive hours during the hours in which the polls are open in which to cast their ballot. The period of time shall be granted to each employee at the time of day that best suits the convenience of the Employer.
