Election of Cash/Compensatory Time Off. Except for employees in classifications of Laborer 1 and 2, and Agricultural Worker, an employee may elect to receive either cash or compensatory time off for overtime worked except as provided in Article 32, Section 4. Overtime worked by employees in classifications of Laborer/Student Worker and Agricultural Worker will be compensated in cash.
