Overtime Break. Subject to the operating requirements of the Agency, the employee may take accrued compensatory time off for overtime earned following approval by his/her supervisor. If the Agency is unable to schedule time off, the Agency shall pay cash for the balance of the unused compensatory time. If two (2) or more employees request the same time off, and the matter cannot be resolved by agreement of the employees concerned, the employee having the greatest length of continuous service with the Agency shall be granted time off. Overtime Break. An employee who works on an overtime basis for four (4) hours immediately prior to or following scheduled shift, will be entitled to a thirty (30) minute break to be taken at shift change and a ten 0) minute break to be taken at the scheduled break time for the shift. When overtime is required for the Inspector/ category, the following is the order in which employees are to be asked, in order to ensure that overtime is distributed on a fair and equitable basis:
Overtime Break. An employee shall be allowed a crib break of 15 minutes duration when 2 or more hours overtime is worked before starting their normal shift. The break shall be taken after the overtime is complete, in ordinary time, at ordinary rates, and in such a way as to enable production to continue.
Overtime Break. There shall be an overtime break for any employee working two (2) or more hours’ overtime. This break shall be of ten (10) minutes duration, for each two hours of overtime to be worked. For hours of overtime worked before normal shift hours, the break shall be the last ten (10) minutes of the overtime hours. For hours of overtime worked after the normal shift hours, the break shall be the ten (10) minutes preceding the overtime hours.
Overtime Break. Employees who work beyond twelve (12) hours per day shall receive a minimum of one-half (½) hour's pay for time off to eat a meal.
