Elementary Parent/Guardian Conferences. The parents of each elementary school child, beginning with kindergarten, shall be entitled to no fewer than two (2) parent-teacher conferences per school year. The parents of kindergarten children shall be entitled to not less than one (1) parent-teacher conference per school year for half-day (1/2) session and not less than two (2) for full-day sessions. Nothing in this section shall be construed to mean that teachers shall not continue as in the past, to schedule individual conferences in addition to those provided for herein with a parent where the parent or teacher requests such a conference because of problems concerning the pupil.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES A. Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Union President and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two representatives of the Union and two representatives of management.   • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.
