Eligibility for Admission to Phase I Sample Clauses

Eligibility for Admission to Phase I. All students, who have met University of Pittsburgh - Bradford's entrance requirements, who will be or are currently full time students at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford and meet or exceed the minimum admissions criteria listed in Section 4.3, are eligible to enroll in Phase I of the Early Acceptance Program. The following exceptions apply:

Eligibility for Admission to Phase I. All students who have met The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford's entrance requirements, who have been accepted to The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford as full time students, who are U.S. citizen and/or a permanent resident and who meet the Admissions Criteria listed in section 4.2 are eligible to enroll in Phase I of the "3+3" I "3+4" Program. Since enrollment is limited, The University of Pittsburgh at Xxxxxxxx xxx not accept all those wishing to enroll. Students transferring from another college or university to The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford are not eligible to enter the "3+3" / "3+4"
Eligibility for Admission to Phase I. All students who have met JCC’s entrance requirements, will be or are currently full time students at JCC, meet or exceed the minimum Admissions Criteria listed in Section 4.3, are eligible to apply to Phase I. This includes students who have earned credits from other colleges and universities. However, students must take most or all of their Phase I coursework at JCC. As detailed in Section 4.4.5.6, with the exception of limited coursework allowed under certain circumstances at St. Bonaventure University, students can apply a maximum of eight (8) credit hours of coursework from another college or university toward meeting Phase I requirements. Students who have taken more than eight such credit hours from another institution prior to admission to JCC can choose which courses they will apply to their Phase I requirements and which courses they will re-take during their four consecutive semesters at JCC.

  • Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article. The Union recognizes that each xxxxxxx is employed by the Employer and that they will not leave their work during working hours except to perform their duties under this Agreement. Therefore, no xxxxxxx shall leave their work without permission of their supervisor, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts, design-build contracts, subcontracts, lower-tier subcontracts, purchase orders, lease agreements, consultant contracts or any other covered transaction requiring FHWA approval or that is estimated to cost $25,000 or more – as defined in 2 CFR Parts 180 and 1200.

  • Termination or Suspension for Convenience of City City may suspend or terminate this Agreement, or any portion of the Required Services, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, by giving specific written notice to Consultant of such termination or suspension at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date thereof. Upon receipt of such notice, Consultant shall immediately cease all work under the Agreement and promptly deliver all “Work Product” (defined in Section 7 below) to City. Such Work Product shall be City's sole and exclusive property as provided in Section 7 hereof. Consultant shall be entitled to receive just and equitable compensation for this Work Product in an amount equal to the amount due and payable under this Agreement for work satisfactorily performed as of the date of the termination/suspension notice plus any additional remaining Required Services requested or approved by City in advance that would maximize City’s value under the Agreement.
