Eligibility for Paid Parental Leave. Natural parent or the adoptive parent having primary care of the child or children who are Regular Full-Time Members will be eligible to receive seventeen (17) weeks of normally continuous paid parental leave, including the date of birth or adoption, per pregnancy or placement.
