Eligibility for Pension Plan. All academic staff members with term, tenure-track or tenured appointments (whether full-time or reduced) of a duration of four months or more shall be enrolled in the pension plan described in section 23.5.8. Contributions and service credits continue beyond the normal retirement date as specified by the plan within limits set by the Income Tax Act.
