Eligibility Measuring Period. The 12-month period during which an employee is eligible for family/medical leave shall be a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date an employee begins family/medical leave. Every time an employee requests family/medical leave, their entitlement will be measured according to the amount of family/medical leave taken in the past 12 months.
