Eligible Executive Employees and Officials. The County executive employees and officials set forth in Appendix A are eligible for the Automobile Allowance created in this Agreement.

Eligible Employees Regular and probationary, full time and less than full-time employees (on a pro rata basis) are eligible to participate in this program. Sec. 903 COURSES ELIGIBLE: The following criteria will be used in determining eligibility for reimbursement:
Injured Employees In the event of an employee sustaining injuries at work and becoming physically handicapped as a result thereof, every effort shall be made by the Employer to give the injured employee such suitable employment as is available.
Government and Service Employees' Union The leave shall be for a period of three years and shall be renewed upon request.
