Eligible Part-time Employees – Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, and subject to the same restrictions, conditions, and limitations applicable to full-time employees as provided in this Agreement, except as otherwise hereinafter provided, eligible part-time employees, as described in Section 7.8.2, shall accrue and be granted leave of absence with full pay for vacation purposes on the following basis:
