Common use of Emergency Duty Leave Clause in Contracts

Emergency Duty Leave. A full-time employee who is a member of the National Guard or organized Reserves of a United States Military Service and who is ordered to emergency duty because of riot, flood or other disaster shall be granted a Leave of Absence for the duration of that emergency duty. Seniority shall accumulate during such leave.
