Emergency Response Training Sample Clauses
The Emergency Response Training clause requires that individuals or personnel involved in certain activities receive specific training on how to respond effectively to emergencies. This typically involves regular instruction on procedures such as evacuation, first aid, fire safety, or handling hazardous materials, and may apply to employees, contractors, or other relevant parties. By mandating such training, the clause ensures that all involved are prepared to act quickly and appropriately in crisis situations, thereby reducing risks to health, safety, and property.
Emergency Response Training. During the summer season only and only for those unit employees to whom such requirements apply as deemed by the Chief of Marine Safety, City shall provide and/or pay for one (1) hour of emergency response training per week over and above the employee’s normal work schedule.
