Common use of Employee Duties Clause in Contracts

Employee Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Employer, reporting directly to the President and Executive Vice President of Employer and the Board.

Employee Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Senior Vice-President, Sales, of the Employer, reporting directly to the President and Executive Vice President Chairman of the Employer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"). It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall shall, in her executive capacity, have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President of Sales and Chief Financial Officer Marketing of the Employer, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Vice President of Employer Officer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"). It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Executive Vice President President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Employer, reporting directly to the President and Executive Vice President of Employer and the Board.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Employer, reporting directly to the President Board of Directors of the Employer (the "BOARD"). It is understood that such duties and Executive Vice President of Employer and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the BoardEmployee's position.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall serve as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President customarily associated with these positions in a company the size and Chief Financial Officer nature of the Employer, reporting Company. Employee shall report directly to the President and Chief Executive Vice President Officer of Employer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board").

(a) 2.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the title of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and shall have the duties and responsibilities of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Employerattached hereto as Exhibit A, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Vice President Officer of Employer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the “Board”). It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee’s position.

It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.
