Common use of Employee Duties Clause in Contracts

Employee Duties. 11.2.1 Australia Post may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skills, competence and training, consistent with the relevant classification structure and Work Level Standards (where such standards exist). 11.2.2 Any such direction shall be consistent with Australia Post’s responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
