Employee Duties. Each employee has a primary responsibility for his own safety and an obligation to know and observe safety rules and practices as a measure of protection for himself and others. Employees shall be required as a condition of continued employment to properly wear and/or use protective devices, wearing apparel and other equipment, which the Company and the Committee shall deem necessary to protect employees from injury. The Company and the individual employee at the plant recognize the joint responsibility of housekeeping to maintain a clean environment at the plant.
