Common use of Employee Health Services Clause in Contracts

Employee Health Services. Each employee shall have a chest x-ray or skin 2 test for T.B. at Employer expense based on current periodic state recommendations. 3 Laboratory examinations when indicated because of exposure or potential exposure to 4 communicable diseases while on duty shall be provided by the Employer at no cost to the 5 nurse. Indication for such exams shall be determined by written Employer policy.
