Common use of Employee Health Services Clause in Contracts

Employee Health Services. At the beginning of employment and 32 thereafter as determined by the Medical Center based on a TB assessment, the Medical 33 Center shall arrange to provide tuberculin tests and x-rays, if necessary, at no cost to 34 the nurse. Laboratory examinations when indicated because of exposure to 1 communicable diseases while on duty shall be provided by the Medical Center at no 2 cost to the nurse.
