Common use of Employee Health Services Clause in Contracts

Employee Health Services. At the beginning of employment and 27 thereafter as determined by the Agency based on a TB assessment, the Agency shall 28 arrange to provide tuberculin tests and x-rays, if necessary, at no cost to the nurse.
