Employee Salary Data. 14.1 Upon initial employment or upon a change in class and thereafter annually, no later than December 1, United Support Personnel shall receive a regular work assignment notice. The notice shall include class, work location, assigned hours, salary per pay period, and hourly rate. As soon as practical thereafter benefit entitlement information will be provided.
Employee Salary Data. The District shall provide each employee on an annual basis a copy of the employee’s Notification of Assignment from the payroll office, no later than October of the current school year.
Employee Salary Data. Upon each change in classification, each unit member shall be furnished with a copy of his/her class job description and Employee Profile. The Employee Profile shall include the monthly and/or hourly pay rate work location, daily hours and contracted work days.

The salary data shall include the employee’s annual, monthly, hourly and overtime rates of pay.
