Employee Will Receive Normal Salary Rate. Maximum salary during any one period will not exceed the normal salary rate. An employee provided an award under Workers’ Compensation will endorse in favor of the District the wage loss benefit checks received during the sixty (60) working day period. The Board, in turn, will pay the absent employee his/her full normal wage for each day of absence during the sixty (60) working day period.

  • Salary Rate The annual salary for regular faculty will be prorated according to the established workload for the academic year.

  • Protected Salary Rates A. The Employer shall continue the current salary rate protection program for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Salary Range a. At the beginning of the 2020-21 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $36,500 to $61,000.

  • Salary Rate Upon Employment The hiring rate of pay for a new employee shall not be higher than the rate of pay for an existing employee in the same classification with similar work experience, training and education.

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.

  • Salary Ranges A. The salary ranges for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix D.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.
