Common use of Employee Working on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Employee Working on a Holiday. Employees who are scheduled to work on a Holiday shall receive time and one-half (1 1/2X) for hours worked on such Holiday in addition to pay for the Holiday as referred to in Article 16.04. If an employee should work overtime on a holiday, the overtime hours worked will be paid at the rate of two and one-half times (2 1/2X).
