Employees on the B4 Salary Schedule. Effective July 1,2006: • The Salary Schedule will be improved as indicated in Appendix VI; • Bargaining unit members shall remain on the same step of the improved 2006-2007 salary schedule as indicated in Appendix VI; • Paygrades 10, 11, and 12 will be eliminated; and • Employees who had previously been on Paygrades 10, 11 and 12 will be reclassified to Paygrade 13, as indicated in Appendix VI. Effective July 1, 2007: • Step 1 will be eliminated; • Steps 2, 3 and 4 of Paygrade 13 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on those steps shall advance to Step 5 of Paygrade 13 of the 2007-2008 salary schedule; • Steps 2 and 3 of Paygrade 14 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on those steps shall advance to Step 4 of Paygrade 14 of the 2007-2008 salary schedule; • Step 2 of Paygrade 15 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on that step shall advance to Step 3 of Paygrade 15 of the 2007-2008 salary schedule; • All other eligible bargaining unit members shall advance one step on the 2007-2008 salary schedule; and • The top step of the B4 Salary Schedule shall be increased by $1,200 annually for 12-month employees, as indicated in the 2007-2008 salary schedule in Appendix VI, and by $1,000 proportionately for 10-month employees based on their work year. Effective July 1, 2008: • Step 2 will be eliminated; • Steps 5 and 6 of Paygrade 13 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on that step shall advance to Step 7 of Paygrade 13 of the 2008-2009 salary schedule; • Steps 4 and 5 of Paygrade 14 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on that step shall advance to Step 6 of Paygrade 14 of the 2008-2009 salary schedule; • Step 3 and 4 of Paygrade 15 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on that step shall advance to Step 5 of Paygrade 15 of the 2008-2009 salary schedule; • Step 3 of Paygrade 16 will be eliminated and bargaining unit members who had been on that step shall advance to Step 4 of Paygrade 16 of the 2008-2009 salary schedule; • All other eligible bargaining unit members shall advance one step on the 2008-2009 salary schedule; and • The top step of the B4 Salary Schedule shall be increased by $1,200 annually for 12-month employees, as indicated in the 2008-2009 salary schedule in Appendix VI and by $1,000 proportionately for 10-month employees based on their work year. • Employees on the B5 Salary Schedule Effective July 1, 2006: • Th...

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. The Base Salary for each calendar year (or proration thereof) beginning January 1, 2001 shall be determined by the Board of Directors of Avocent Corporation upon a recommendation of the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation (the "Compensation Committee"), which shall authorize an increase in the Employee's Base Salary in an amount which, at a minimum, shall be equal to the cumulative cost-of-living increment on the Base Salary as reported in the "Consumer Price Index, Huntsville, Alabama, All Items," published by the U.S. Department of Labor (using July 1, 2000, as the base date for computation prorated for any partial year). The Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.

  • Employment Period Compensation In consideration of the other provisions of this Agreement, and the Executive’s agreement to execute a Release Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, in the event of his termination under relevant circumstances pursuant to which he would be paid severance benefits, ESC shall provide the Executive with the following payments and benefits, both those set forth in this section and elsewhere in this Agreement:

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
