Salary and Salary Schedules. 1. Eligible bargaining unit members will have their salaries adjusted as follows:
Salary and Salary Schedules. 40.1 Salary increases as follows: Effective October 1, 2017, all salary rates in effect on March 31, 2018 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.5% across the board.
40.2 Effective April 1, 2019, all salary rates in effect on March 31, 2019 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.3 Effective October 1, 2019, all salary rates in effect on September 30, 2019 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.4 Effective April 1, 2020, all salary rates in effect on March 31, 2020 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.5 Effective October 1, 2020, all salary rates in effect on September 30, 2020 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.6 Effective April 1, 2021, all salary rates in effect on March 31, 2021 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.7 Effective October 1, 2021, all salary rates in effect on September 30, 2021 will be revised to provide for an increase of 1.0% across the board.
40.8 For clarity, Salary Schedule A and B of the Collective Agreement sets out the increases referred to above.
40.9 Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates set out in Schedule A or Schedule B.
40.10 Red-circle Lump Sum Payment. Following the implementation of the October 1, 2017 1.5% ATB, any active red-circled AMAPCEO represented employees shall be awarded a 1.5% non-pensionable lump sum payment. Further, following implementation of the April 1, 2019 1.0% ATB, any active red-circled AMAPCEO represented employees who continue to be red-circled as of that date shall be awarded a 1.0% non-pensionable lump sum payment. Lump sum payments will be pro-rated for employees whose regular work schedule is less than full-time.
Salary and Salary Schedules. 1. Effective July 1, 2016 the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by one-half of one (.5) percent.

Salary and Salary Schedules. 1. Effective July 1, 2011 the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by one-half of one percent (.5%).
2. Effective July 1, 2012 the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by one-half of one percent (.5%).
3. Effective July 1, 2013 the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by one percent (1%).
4. Effective July 1, 2014 the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by two percent (2%). Additionally, effective July 1, 2014, Field Representatives shall be moved to Category 12. Field Representative will remain at the same salary step placement in their new category (e.g. Category 11 Step 3 to Category 12 Step 3).
5. As soon as practicable after the ratification of this agreement by the PEF Executive Board and the USW membership, PEF will pay to each employee in the Administrative Service as of the date of ratification an appreciation bonus of $500, which will not be added to base salary.

1. These Unit Members shall advance a step on July 1st of each year. After a member has reached step MQ, he / she shall go “off-step” the next year.
2. Unit Members who work less than four (4) months in any school year will not advance to the next step on the salary schedule the following year.
3. Unit Members on the Masters Salary Schedule who advance to step MQ shall receive an additional longevity stipend equal to the Unit Member’s longevity factor multiplied by $8,315. This one-time stipend shall be added to the Unit Member’s step MQ salary and become the base salary for his/her annual “off-step” percentage increases. The longevity factor for eligible Unit Members are indicated on the Association / District spreadsheet / profile dated October 7, 2008. Unit Members hired after June 1, 2008 shall not be eligible for a longevity stipend.
4. Unit Members on the Occupational Therapists Salary Schedule who advance to step MQ shall receive an additional longevity stipend equal to the Unit Member’s longevity factor multiplied by $5,300. This one time stipend shall be added to the Unit Member’s step MQ salary and become the base salary for his/her annual “off- step” percentage increases. The longevity factor for eligible Unit Members is indicated on the Association/District spreadsheet/profile dated October 7, 2008. Unit Members hired after June 1, 2008 shall not be eligible for a longevity stipend.
5. Unit Members who are not “on schedule” or who advance off the salary schedule, shall be “off-step” and shall receive annual increases of two percent (2%) on their previous year’s total salary. Previous year’s salary for an “off-step” Unit Member will include his/her longevity stipend. The exception being the 2013-2014 school year where off-step members will receive a flat rate of $1,184.00

4. Effective July 1, 2025, the salary schedule for employees in all job categories shall be increased by three (3) percent.
5. Effective January 1st, 2024, the salary schedule for those in Job Category 15 shall be amended as set forth in Appendix A.
