Employee’s permanently promoted from a bargaining unit position who reverts to a bargaining unit position will not be eligible to receive a benefit contained in the Job Security Agreement, Article 7.14, unless such employee has occupied a bargaining unit position for a period of one (1) year or will be required to relocate in order to hold a position as a result of the implementation of a T/O/O change. It is also understood that this restriction may be waived by mutual agreement between the parties, should a junior employee eligible to receive Article 7 benefits contained in the Job Security Agreement be required to relocate as a result of the implementation of a T/O/O change during this one (1) year period.
