When an employee voluntarily reports a drug or alcohol dependency to his/her supervisor or the Chief and seeks assistance before violating this Policy, that employee will be placed on a leave of absence or adjusted working hours to allow for in-patient or out-patient rehabilitation treatment as recommended by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). EMPLOYEES WHO REPORT DEPENDENCIES AND SEEK ASSISTANCE. Before Committing a Policy Violation — Rehabilitation The District encourages employees who have drug and/or alcohol dependencies or think they may have such dependencies to seek assistance voluntarily. When an employee voluntarily reports a drug or alcohol dependency to the Fire Chief and seeks assistance before violating this Policy, that employee will be placed on a leave of absence and/or adjusted working hours to allow for in-patient or out-patient rehabilitation treatment as recommended by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). The employee will not be permitted to work until such time as a Substance Abuse Professional agrees he/she: ◼ Has been evaluated by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP); ◼ If recommended by the SAP, has complied with all rehabilitation/after- care prescribed; and ◼ Has a verified negative drug or alcohol test (as applicable). Moreover, in order to return to work for the District, an employee seeking assistance must agree to all treatment, rehabilitation, after-care and follow-up testing as set forth in a written Last Chance Agreement required by the District. Any employee who violates the terms of the Agreement is subject to immediate termination. The time an employee is off work undergoing rehabilitation is unpaid. However, employees may draw their unused, accumulated sick leave, followed by vacation pay and compensatory time. Also, employees who are receiving health insurance coverage will be eligible for continuation of health insurance benefits with standard District contributions for the period they are on paid leave. Thereafter, employees may self-pay the insurance premium pursuant to COBRA.

The employee will not be permitted to work until such time as a licensed or certified substance abuse counselor agrees they:

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).
