Employer Contribution Amount--Full-Time Employees. Effective January 1, 2016, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $625 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,200 per month, whichever is less.

Employer Contribution Amount--Full-Time Employees. Effective January 1, 2018, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $670 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,245 per month, whichever is less. Effective January 1, 2022, for each eligible employee covered by this Agreement who is employed full time and who selects employee insurance coverage, the Employer agrees to contribute the cost of such coverage or $680 per month, whichever is less. For each eligible full-time employee who selects family coverage, the Employer will contribute the cost of such family coverage or $1,270 per month, whichever is less.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Amount of Employer Contribution The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2017 will continue through December 31, 2017.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Employer Contributions a) The FTE used to determine the Board’s benefits contributions will be based on the average of the Board’s FTE as of October 31st and March 31st of each year.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means:

  • Voluntary employee contributions (i) Subject to the governing rules of the relevant superannuation fund, an employee may, in writing, authorise their employer to pay on behalf of the employee a specified amount from the post- taxation wages of the employee into the same superannuation fund as the employer makes the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b).

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
