Employer’s Travel Policy. (a) The Employer’s travel policy shall apply to all Employees covered by this Agreement and the Employer shall not amend the travel policy during the term of this collective agreement.

Employer’s Travel Policy. (a) The Employer’s travel policy, dated September 2008, shall apply to all employees covered by this Agreement.
Employer’s Travel Policy. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a copy of the Employer’s Travel Policy once each year, upon request from the Union. The Employer agrees that during the term of this agreement, the Policy will not be adjusted in a manner which would reduce any of the allowance expenses provided for in the Policy.

  • Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).

  • ’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability Insurance If Contractor has employees, it shall maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required by law. Employer’s liability limits shall be not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each accident, one million dollars ($1,000,000) as the aggregate disease policy limit, and one million dollars ($1,000,000) as the disease limit for each employee. If Contractor does not have employees, it shall provide a letter, on company letterhead, to the JBE certifying, under penalty of perjury, that it does not have employees. Upon the JBE’s receipt of the letter, Contractor shall not be required to maintain workers’ compensation insurance.

  • DISABILITY INSURANCE PLAN Management shall expend for active employees of this Unit who are members of LACERS the sum necessary to cover the cost of a basic disability insurance plan. Management shall also maintain a Supplemental Disability Insurance Plan, enrollment in which is at the discretion of each employee. The full cost of the Supplemental Disability Insurance Plan premiums shall be paid by the individual employees who enroll in the plan. The City's Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee shall determine the benefits and provider of the plan.

  • Personnel Policy Employees of the Parties to this Agreement shall be subject to the personnel rules, laws and regulations of their respective agencies, unless they are employed temporarily by another Party to this Agreement and the authority under which such temporary employment is authorized provides that such employees shall be subject to the employing Party’s personnel laws and regulations.

  • Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall also maintain Employer's Liability Insurance Coverage with limits of at least:

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

  • Alcohol Policy 12.11 Where contractually bound, the employer will apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) as contained at Appendix M.

  • Long Term Disability Insurance Plan The Employer shall provide a mutually acceptable long-term disability insurance plan, a copy of which shall appear in Appendix “A” – Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan. The plan shall provide post-probationary regular employees with salary continuation as per Appendix “A” until age sixty-five (65) in the event of a disability. The cost of the plan shall be borne by the Employer.

  • Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability Insurance The minimum limits of Workers’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability insurance are: Part One: Part Two: “Statutory” Each Accident $1,000,000 Disease – Policy Limit $1,000,000 Disease – Each Employee $1,000,000
