Common use of Employment Deemed Continuous Clause in Contracts

Employment Deemed Continuous. The services of an employee who is absent from work in accordance with this Article shall be considered continuous for the purposes of seniority, vacations and layoff and any pension, medical or other plan beneficial to the employee, and the Board shall continue to make payment to the plan in the same manner as if the employee were not absent where: 1. The Board pays the total cost of the plan, or 2. The employee elects to continue to pay her share of the cost of a plan that is paid for jointly by the Board and the employee.

The (B) the employee elects to continue to pay her her/his share of the cost of a plan that is paid for jointly by the Board Employer and the employee.

The Board ( i) the Employer pays the total cost of the plan, or 2. The employee elects to continue to pay her share of the cost of a plan that is paid for jointly by the Board and the employee.

The Board (A) the Employer pays the total cost of the plan, or 2. The (B) the employee elects to continue to pay her share of the cost of a plan that is paid for jointly by the Board Employer and the employee.
