EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE REDUCTION. The teacher’s share of the employment insurance premium reduction shall be refunded to the North West Teachers’ Association. The annual payment shall be made prior to August of each year. The Northwest School Division Board shall deduct local fees and convention fees, as set by the North West Teachers’ Association Local in September, the October and November cheques respectively as directed by the association.

EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE REDUCTION. 29.01 If and when the sick leave gratuity plan qualifies for any reduction in premiums payable for Employment Insurance, all such reduction shall accrue to the credit of the Employer and the paramedic shall not be entitled to claim any portion of such reduction as a result of other benefits received.
